{Beth Moore}
I really want to do a Beth Moore bible study this summer. I am not sure how much I would get out of it doing it alone rather than with a group, what do you, my faithful readers think?
If you think I will like it- what do you recommend???
The don't know too much about her except for I have heard When Godly People Do Ungodly Things is a good one, but after looking around on the Lifeway site, I think that The Patriarchs one would be good. I have always wanted to dig deeper into Genesis...that would be cool. Let us know what you decide, I am sure all of them are good!!
Hey Allison - it's Katie (use to be Harrison - now Garner) from high school. I saw a link to your blog on Missy Parkers blog - and then when I saw your post on Beth Moore I figured I'd just leave you a quick comment. I love Beth Moore - and have done a couple of her Bible studies... most do require a video - but if you're not interested in doing a video I highly recommend her "Personal Reflection Series" - they are 90 day individual studies and I think they're amazing. I've already done the 90 day John study - and now I'm doing the David study. They're not too time consuming - yet you still get a lot out of them! Anyway - I hope you're doing well - and good luck with the Bible study - you really can't go wrong with anything Beth Moore does!! :)

I have been wanting to do a Beth Moore study as well. I am excited to read what everyone recomends!
I'm with you...wonder if there was a way we could do an online study?

I would love to do a bible study with you. You know how far I go to go to church so I don't really get involved in other activities there.
That would be great. I used to do book studies with a girl from my first school- I loved it.
Beth Moore studies involve videos. I do think they are helpful, although not everyone uses them. My Bible Study right now is doing Stepping Up.
