{Happy Homecoming!}






We had a wonderful time cheering the Dawgs to victory as they beat the Vandy Commodores yesterday at Homecoming. My Uncle Charlie and cousin David came with us and it was a blast! Since it was an early game I made us a yummy, early morning snack, Pineapple Bacon Wraps, they were delicious with my Tuscan Tangerine and Grapefruit Michelob Ultra!

Pineapple Bacon Wraps

Loaf of White bread, crusts removed
Package of Bacon
Container of Pineapple Cream Cheese
Toothpicks

  • Cut the crusts off of all of the bread
  • Spread cream cheese over the entire slice and then split into thirds
  • Roll up slice, wrap with half a slice of bacon and secure with a toothpick
  • Place on a cookie sheet and bake at 350 for about 30-40 minutes, the bread needs to be toasty and the bacon cooked.
  • Enjoy!
